Purpose: to let you know when the Academy opens.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to the contact address.
Retention period: until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest 3 years after signing up.

Data processed: the text you enter (situation, sector, purchasing category). You are asked not to enter any supplier name, confidential data or personal data.
Purpose: to produce a structured reading of the situation described.
Automated processing: your text is sent to an artificial intelligence service, a processor of the data controller, which generates the analysis. The analysis is indicative and leads to no automated decision about you.
Retention: nemosun stores neither your text nor the analysis produced; the result is displayed in your browser and disappears when you leave the page. The technical logs of the service used may temporarily keep the request, under that provider's rules.

During the test, no answers or personal data are stored. Site traffic is measured anonymously.
The PDF report and the profile image are created on your device when you download them. No email is requested and nothing is sent.
Your results disappear when you leave or reload the page.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to the contact address.
