What will be looked at in your subsidiary
The evaluation looks at how purchasing decisions are actually made in your subsidiary: who decides, on which criteria, and how risks and costs are weighed. It also looks at how you treat your suppliers: payment terms, dialogue, and the ability to raise a concern. Expect interviews with your purchasing team and requests for evidence: procedures, contracts, indicators. Your role is to show what you already do, with proof.
